Using this website

The information on smallbusinesswebsites.nz is general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we’re not responsible for their content.

The content and design of this website belong to Relevance & Intent unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

Our website plans

These are the key terms of our Starter and Level Up plans. Your written agreement with us sets out the full terms for your website.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.
• Starter is $149 + GST a month, or $1,430 + GST paid annually. Level Up is $199 + GST a month, or $1,910 + GST paid annually.
• There is no set-up fee.

Term and renewal

• The minimum term is 12 months.
• At the end of each 12 months, you can renew for another year, paying monthly or annually, or end your plan and take your website with you.

Ownership

• You own your domain name at all times. You register it and keep control of it.
• After the first 12 months, the website, images and assets we created for you are yours.
• If you leave after that, we’ll give you your website files in a zip file.

What’s included

• Hosting for your website.
• Two minor change requests a month, such as updating text, photos, prices or opening hours.
• Major changes, such as a redesign, new pages or new features, are quoted separately and only go ahead with your approval.

What’s not included

• Your domain name registration and renewal.
• Business email. We can give you instructions for setting it up with Google.
• Professional photography, unless agreed and quoted separately.

Your content

We draft your website content, and you review and approve it before it goes live. You’re responsible for making sure the information about your business is accurate, and that you have the right to use any photos, logos or other material you give us.

Results

We build every website to give it the best chance of ranking and bringing in leads, but we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic or numbers of enquiries. Search engines decide their own results, and they change over time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
